Resume
1996 - Employed at Willa Krause Enterprise as ceramic design artist for Argilla. Went on to become head of her Glaze Department and Assistant to Production Manager.
1995 - Worked as ceramic artist, Mangeress and became product designer for Potters Joy.
1994 - When my father passed away, I stopped painting altogether, it was only during my pregnancy with my first born son who was born in August of 1993, that I started painting again.
1993 - Resigned from Architectural Services, leaving a 13 year career in architecture behind me and 163 oil paintings of Departmental Heads. I then enrolled at UNISA, for my Bachelor in Fine Arts, while Lecturing the Fine Arts bridging course at CAUSE academy.
1992 - Married to Peter John Bredenkamp.
1991 - Established my own art teaching studio namely, Autumn Shades in Silverton, Pretoria. Exhibits - Adrian Boschoff Gallery and Pretoria Botanical Gardens.
1990 - Relocated to Verwoedberg, in Pretoria. Completed x163 Portraits of Departmental heads.
1989 - Traveled through Europe, visiting 15 countries in 5 months
1988 - Cape Town Media Services. Here I worked as a paste and layout artist on five in-house magazines.
1987 - Cape Town Parliament Towers Architectural Services under Mr. Swiegers and Town Planning under Mr. James Slabbert.
